EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES

  • Small Slow Cooker,
  • Electronic Kitchen Scale,
  • Stick Blender,
  • Protective Goggles,
  • Surgical or Leather Gloves,
  • Quart Jar Silicone or Plastic Spoons, 
  • Plastic or Stainless Steel Bowls.

QUALITY OF MATERIALS NEEDED TO PRODUCE 4 LITERS OF QUALITY

ANTIBACTERIAL TRANSPARENT LIQUID SOAP:

  • SULPHONIC ACID – 80ml.
  • SLS – 80g.
  • SALT – 70g.
  • TEXAPON – 200g
  • CAUSTIC SODA – 14g.
  • GLYCERIN – 30ml.
  • TEATREE OIL – FEW DROPS.
  • COLOUR (a pinch or as desire).
  • WATER – (3400ml in total).

PREPARATION:

To make liquid soap like Morning Fresh for large-scale businesses, you must follow the steps outlined below since ignoring any step will impact the final product.

1. Dissolve the 80g of SLS in 3 Liters of water in a different container.

2. Dissolve the 14g Caustic Soda in 400ml of water.

3. Add the 80ml Sulphonic Acid to the Caustic Soda Solution and keep aside. but filter the Sulphonic properly before adding it.

4. Texapon goes into another bowl with salt mix it properly and keep aside.

5. Then add SLS Solution to Texapon and Salt mixture little by little till its finishes.

6. Then add the Caustic Soda and Sulphonic Solution.

7. After 15 hours, add glycerin and Teatree oil.

Then add fragrance and Colour as desire, stir the mixture very well till all the

chemicals become one; then a liquid soap is achieved.

Bravo! Your Liquid Soap is Ready for Use.
